At SepRain, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you encounter any quality issues, you are eligible for a return and full refund.

Returns and Refunds for Quality Issues:

• If you receive a product with a quality defect, you can request a return and refund.
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to raise a dispute regarding any quality issues. Please email us at alan0078@live.cn with your order number and a description of the problem.
• Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
• Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.

Conditions for Returns:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
• The product must not show signs of misuse or damage unrelated to the quality issue.
